We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting enrollment targets through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
- Generate and manage student leads through online platforms
- Manage social media accounts
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, blogs, student testimonials)
- Optimize website and landing pages for conversions and SEO
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with counselors to improve lead conversion rates
- Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and international education
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (education sector preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and lead generation
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in educational consultancy marketing
- Knowledge of CRM tools and email automation
