Location: Onsite – Near Valencia, Lahore

Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute social media strategies, email marketing campaigns, and overall digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing multiple social media platforms and strong expertise in email marketing using Mailchimp.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars and publish engaging content
• Handle comments, messages, and audience engagement professionally
• Monitor trends and optimize content performance
• Plan and execute SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies to improve organic visibility, audience engagement, and customer acquisition
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, ensuring effective budget utilization and performance
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Manage audience segmentation and email lists
• Create newsletters, journals, and promotional email content
• Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
• Set up automated email workflows and sequences
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
• Coordinate with design/content teams
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on expertise in Mailchimp or other email marketing software(required)
• Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid campaigns
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and a good design sense
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
