About us Utah Hemorrhoid Specialists is a new, fast-growing specialty clinic in Lehi. We're looking for a sharp, motivated college student to help us grow our marketing — both digital and in-person. This is a great fit for someone studying marketing who wants real, hands-on experience running campaigns and producing materials at a small medical practice.

Hours

  • 15–20 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, with flexible but consistent set hours each week

What you'll do

  • Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Manage and grow our social media presence
  • Design print marketing materials (pamphlets, handouts, patient education pieces)
  • Clinical outreach — in-person visits to referring providers to drop off marketing materials
  • Pitch in on other office projects during downtime — a great way to see how a medical practice runs

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field — ideally with a few years of coursework already done
  • Genuine interest in digital marketing; comfortable with (or eager to learn) Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • A good eye for design and able to put together clean print materials (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Reliable and consistent — you keep set hours and move projects forward without needing to be chased
  • Strong communicator, professional, and comfortable in a patient-facing environment
  • Self-starter who likes variety and can juggle several small projects at once

Nice to have (not required)

  • Prior experience running paid social or search ads (even for a club, side project, or class)
  • Graphic design coursework or a portfolio of sample work
  • Photography or short-form video skills for social content
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing
