About the Role

Creative Quo is a marketing agency serving a diverse range of business and nonprofit clients across Northeast Ohio and beyond. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is skilled, curious, and ready to do great work.

This role sits within a collaborative team structure. You will execute digital strategies developed in partnership with our Marketing Strategist, and take the lead on developing focused digital strategies for clients who utilize individual services. As our agency grows, this role is positioned to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing strategies across web design (WordPress), SEO, and advertising platforms.
• Develop focused, service-specific digital strategies for clients using individual services.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and SEO campaigns with a clear focus on ROI.
• Design, build, and update client websites in WordPress, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and SEO-ready.
• Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance in GA4, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal team members and clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of WordPress web design experience with a portfolio of examples to share.
• 1-2 years of SEO strategy and execution experience with demonstrated results.
• 1-2 years of Google Ads experience with examples of campaign performance.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data interpretation and strategy adjustment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset.

Compensation

• Starting at $24/hour, based on experience.
