Universal Tool & Engineering (UTE) is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, increase engagement, and support business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical side of marketing. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and helping drive lead generation efforts across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

Create and manage marketing content across websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital platforms
Manage social media strategy, scheduling, engagement, and online reputation
Track and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and marketing KPIs
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM functionality, including workflows, automation, reporting, and user support
Assist with HubSpot implementation projects and ongoing platform administration
Optimize SEO/SEM strategies and manage paid digital advertising campaigns
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Coordinate marketing events, webinars, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Maintain consistent brand standards across all marketing materials and communications

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or related marketing roles
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including automation, workflows, reporting, and data management
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Hootsuite, and digital marketing platforms
Strong copywriting, communication, and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn marketing data into actionable insights
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
