We at Merint Group are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in AI-powered marketing, digital communications, and business growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing skills with hands-on experience using emerging AI tools to enhance content creation, presentations, customer engagement, and network building.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Powered Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies leveraging AI tools and platforms.
• Identify and implement new AI-driven opportunities for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand growth.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Manage and grow the company's presence across major social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, campaigns, and community-building initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

WhatsApp Network Building

• Develop and expand professional and customer networks through WhatsApp communities, groups, and broadcast channels.
• Design engagement strategies that strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure communication follows best practices and privacy regulations.

Presentation & Visual Communication

• Create high-impact presentations using PowerPoint and modern AI-enhanced presentation tools.
• Explore and implement new presentation formats and technologies, including Canva, AI presentation generators, and interactive visual content platforms.
• Support executive presentations, sales pitches, investor decks, and marketing materials.

Content & Brand Development

• Produce compelling marketing content using AI-assisted tools.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and familiarity with Canva and AI-powered presentation tools.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and improve performance.
• Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and growth marketing techniques.
