Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategy based on engagement and conversion data
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and report insights to management
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad performance
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, ad creatives) aligned with brand voice
  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize ROI
  • Monitor competitors' digital activity and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage budgets across paid channels and ensure efficient spend allocation
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager) to generate performance reports
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing creative assets
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
