About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO, AEO, GEO, Social Media, and Email Marketing. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of multiple projects simultaneously while delivering measurable results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement
• Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, copywriting, segmentation, automation, and reporting
• Handle multiple projects and priorities independently
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, AI search developments, and digital marketing trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
• Practical understanding of AEO and GEO strategies for AI-driven search environments
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Ads and paid social advertising
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and prompt-based workflows
• Previous agency or multi-client management experience
