Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating visual and video content, utilizing AI tools for content creation, and supporting business development activities through proposal writing and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
• Edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and company branding.
• Leverage AI tools to create high-quality content, captions, blogs, and marketing assets.
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with company goals.
• Assist in writing professional business proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents.
• Monitor social media performance and generate basic analytics reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support branding and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Canva and social media management.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools.
• Experience in proposal writing and professional business communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation.
• Familiarity with website content management.
• Knowledge of analytics and social media reporting tools.
