Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our organization. Duties
- Create digital content (canvas, reels and videos, photos) for posting on Facebook and instagram
- Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM platforms to maximize ROI.
- Optimize website content using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and content management systems to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
- Develop compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Implement marketing automation tools to nurture leads through targeted email marketing sequences and personalized messaging.
- Stay current on industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, social media management, E-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies like JavaScript or SQL for data analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL queries is highly desirable.
- Skilled in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats; adept at graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies aimed at increasing conversions and optimizing user engagement across e-commerce sites or B2B platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable improvements.
