You will take the lead in planning and executing digital campaigns targeting Saudi market companies and HR decision-makers to grow awareness and drive quality business leads for our services while tracking performance and applying enhancements for maximum results

Responsibilities

Plan and manage targeted digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic ads) focusing on business owners & HR professionals in Saudi Arabia.

Optimize website & landing pages for SEO and lead conversion

Manage CRM and email outreach campaigns

Track and report on campaign performance & enhancements

Coordinate retargeting ads and custom audience strategies
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
-
2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2B)

Experience in Paid Ads Management: Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Meta with proven ability to generate leads

SEO & SEM for B2B search terms:
Keyword research, Op-page optimization, content strategy

Analytics & Reporting:
Google analytics, conversion tracking

Email & CRM Tools & Automation:
familiar with platforms like Mailchimp

Basic Visual Skills:
Ability to use Canva or edit creative

Landing Page development:
Basic knowledge of HTML or similar

Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel:
knowledge of Saudi market, labor laws, HR services in KSA

Strong analytical mindset & strategic thinker

Goal-focused & ROI-driven with strong execution skills

Professional certification in Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP), Google Digital Marketing Certificate, and Google Data Analytics Certificate.
