Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Focus

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted B2B digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, SEM (search engine marketing), and display advertising.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Facebook Advertising to maximize ROI.
  • Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts that appeal to professional audiences.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for better results.
  • Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress while ensuring website SEO best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with design teams using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior and adjusting landing pages or calls-to-action accordingly.
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, content creation, and e-commerce to keep strategies innovative and competitive.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
  • Experience with social media management tools for platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and other social media marketing channels.
  • Skilled in content creation—including copywriting—and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of website management systems like WordPress along with basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills for website updates.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using SQL or other analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with SEM strategies including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on lead generation and nurturing long-term client relationships.
