The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and directly impact growth across our sales organization. This is a mid-level, hands-on role where you’ll manage campaigns, optimize SEO/PPC, build CRM dashboards, and create content that fuels our pipeline. What You’ll Do:

· Develop and execute SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) campaigns.

· Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics (GA4).

· Manage and upgrade customer data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM; create dashboards and reports to support sales.

· Create digital content: website copy, newsletters, blog posts, videos, sales collateral, and social media.

· Support lead distribution, tracking, and conversion reporting in alignment with sales team goals.

· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare monthly insights reports.

What We’re Looking For:

· 3–5 years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in industrial, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

· Strong skills in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics (GA4).

· Experience with CRM dashboards and reporting (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, communications, or related field).

· Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

· Location: Onsite, Santa Fe Springs, CA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
