Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible fordeveloping and executing Mungo's digital marketing strategy for our B2B marketsin close collaboration with the Head of Digital Channels; and with input from Sales and Management. This role focuses onindustrial and construction-related B2B marketing. This role is ideal for a hands on digital marketer who enjoys creating content & executing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and continuously refine Mungo's digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales priorities
- Work closely with Management and Sales to define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key decision makers
- Translate business input into clear target audiences, channel selection, messaging, and budget allocation
- Ensure alignment of all activities with the B2B sales funnel and measurable lead generation
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google/Bing (SEA)
- Manage campaign budgets and performance targets
- Plan and execute newsletter and email marketing activities
- Maintain the digital marketing calendar
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor key KPIs including campaign performance, reach, engagement, qualified leads, content performance
- Provide structured reporting and performance insights
- Drive continuous optimization and efficiency improvements

Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
- Experience in industrial, construction, engineering, or technical sectors
- Strong understanding of B2B buying processes and sales funnels
- Ability to translate business input into structured marketing plans
- Experience with SEA, LinkedIn Ads
- Confident handling of paid media budgets
- Strong English communication skills
- Copywriting skills
- Experience with email marketing preferred
