Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B / Industrial) – GCC

Company Profile:

Location: Remote (GCC Region)

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Mungo’s digital marketing strategy for our B2B markets in close collaboration with the Head of Digital Channels; and with input from Sales and Management. This role focuses on industrial and construction-related B2B marketing. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys executing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and continuously refine Mungo’s digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales priorities
  • Work closely with Management and Sales to define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key decision-makers
  • Translate business input into clear target audiences, channel selection, messaging, and budget allocation
  • Ensure alignment of all activities with the B2B sales funnel and measurable lead generation

Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google/Bing (SEA)
  • Manage campaign budgets and performance targets
  • Plan and execute newsletter and email marketing activities
  • Maintain the digital marketing calendar

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor key KPIs including campaign performance, reach, engagement, qualified leads, content performance
  • Provide structured reporting and performance insights
  • Drive continuous optimization and efficiency improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Experience in industrial, construction, engineering, or technical sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying processes and sales funnels
  • Ability to translate business input into structured marketing plans
  • Experience with SEA, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing
  • Confident handling of paid media budgets
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Copywriting skills
