Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Shipping & Logistics

Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and generate high-quality B2B leads. You will manage Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital channels while positioning TTC Shipping as the trusted partner for bulk cargo and STS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies targeting mining, mineral, and industrial companies.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) to generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain an engaging LinkedIn presence for the company; create posts, sponsored content, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Assist in creating content, including case studies, whitepapers, client testimonials, and ad creatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in shipping, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Understanding of mining, bulk cargo, and industrial logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic graphic and video content creation (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar) is a bonus.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
