Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote our contracting services, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, backlinks)
• Promote services through website, social media, email marketing, and paid channels
• Generate high-quality leads and attract new clients
• Create engaging content (social media posts, banners, service updates)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Support brand awareness and maintain online reputation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Experience with SEO (On-page & Off-page optimization, link building)
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Creative mindset with strong content creation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Work Setup:

• Remote work (work from anywhere)
• Daily tasks and reporting required
