Digital Marketing Specialist & Coordinator At Off The Wall Craft Beer & Wine

Off the Wall Craft Beer & Wine is seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and drive brand growth. In this multi-faceted role, you will lead our efforts in website management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media content creation, and online reputation management.

Responsibilities

Website Management & SEO

  • Maintain and optimize company websites, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with branding and marketing goals.
  • Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and content gap analysis to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to ensure proper site architecture, page speed, mobile usability, and indexation.
  • Manage local SEO by optimizing Google Business Profiles and other online business listings, including schema markup for local businesses.

Online Reputation Management

  • Monitor online mentions across search engines, review sites (e.g., Google, Opentable, Yelp), and social media platforms.
  • Actively respond to and manage online reviews and customer feedback in a professional and timely manner to enhance brand reputation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address negative publicity and encourage positive customer experiences.
  • Track and report on reputation metrics and sentiment analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Social Media Content Creation

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (e.g., text, images, videos) across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting that aligns with marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage social listening techniques to monitor trends and engage with our online community.

Geolocation (Geocaching) Campaign Management

  • Design and execute location-based marketing campaigns, including geocaching, to attract new customers and create interactive brand experiences.
  • Develop and share content that showcases geocaching activities and invites participation.
  • Track campaign performance and participant engagement to measure ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in content creation, copywriting, and online community management.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience with social media management tools and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to staying current on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
