About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in the financial services sector. Candidates with proven exposure to the Forex/CFD industry will be given preference. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, social media, email, and display networks.
- Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns, including funnels, landing pages, paid ads, and targeted outreach.
- Track, nurture, and optimize lead quality through various digital touchpoints.
- Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and compliant with financial regulations.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve search rankings, website traffic, and organic lead flow.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce compelling marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve ROI and lead-generation efficiency.
- Manage social media accounts, including planning, posting, and audience engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Management) to support integrated marketing strategies and lead-conversion efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing within the financial services industry.
- Experience in the Forex/CFD industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lead-generation strategies and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Good understanding of compliance requirements for financial marketing.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Knowledge of email marketing workflows and retargeting strategies.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
