About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience working with global coaches, online educators, and personal brands, and knows exactly how to scale their revenue using a full 360° marketing strategy.
This is not an entry-level execution role.
You’ll be driving the growth engine—content, community, funnels, paid ads, email, and conversions.
If you’ve helped a coach scale their digital products, courses, live programs, or memberships… this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Organic Growth
- Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Repurpose long-form content into viral micro-content.
- Write high-converting captions, hooks, content angles, and storytelling posts.
- Optimize all content for reach, retention, and engagement.
- Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, and conversation starters.
2. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Build, test, and refine audiences specifically for coaching funnels and course sales.
- Monitor ROAS, CPL, CPA and overall funnel performance.
- Run retargeting and remarketing campaigns across platforms.
- Create creatives + ad copy (in collaboration with design team/AI tools).
3. Funnels, Landing Pages & CRO
- Build and optimize funnels (webinar funnels, lead magnets, tripwire funnels, challenge funnels, course sales pages).
- Coordinate with designers/copywriters to create high-converting landing pages.
- Improve conversion rates through A/B testing, heatmaps, audience insights, etc.
- Understand behavior-based automation via tools like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
4. Email Marketing & Automations
- Plan and execute email campaigns, nurture flows, and launch sequences.
- Segment the audience based on behavior, interests, and purchase journey.
- Write compelling emails (value-based + sales-driven).
- Build automation workflows for evergreen and live launches.
5. Product Launches & Growth Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing global launches (webinars, challenges, cohorts, new courses).
- Build pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns.
- Track KPIs across each launch and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate directly with the coach/founder to scale brand reach and authority.
6. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track end-to-end data from content → leads → conversions → repeat customers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have:
✔ Experience working with global coaches or education brands
✔ Proven track record scaling digital products, courses, or coaching programs
✔ Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (top, middle, bottom)
✔ Expert in Meta Ads + Google Ads (YouTube ads preferred)
✔ Deep understanding of organic content + short-form content trends
✔ Strong copywriting skills (hooks, ads, emails, scripts)
✔ Ability to work with tools like GoHighLevel, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar
✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
✔ Comfortable with analytics and performance dashboards
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Creatify, Descript, Heygen, Canva AI)
- Experience running international campaigns across multiple markets
- Basic video editing or directing content shoots
- Understanding of personal branding for coaches
- Knowledge of community-building strategies

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
