As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview: As a Digital Marketer at the Villa Group, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and engage our target audience. From coordinating campaigns to managing digital marketing channels, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization through meticulous planning and execution.

Upon hiring, our team will provide training + templates for design related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent messaging strategy that ensures consistency and alignment with the luxury brand tone throughout all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Curate and maintain a library of resources for various marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and upscale look across all collateral.

Team Management:

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they have timely access to necessary marketing collateral, branded materials, and communication channels. Provide training on the brand tone and guidelines.
  • Coordinate monthly content shoots with agents to capture high-quality visuals for YouTube & Instagram and other marketing channels. Coordinate team content shoots for listings at caravans or new property launches.

Listing Collateral:

  • Take charge of creating and optimizing listing collateral, including compelling public remarks, effective email marketing, engaging social media ads, YouTube video promotions, and consistent promotion across organic social channels.
  • Constantly promote listings across organic social channels.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that maintain the villa group's luxury brand image. Promote agent video content, market updates, new listings, and newsletters
  • Craft a monthly newsletter that provides valuable content, including marketing insights, lifestyle components, villa group listings, coming soon spotlights, and featured listings categorized by price range.
  • Analyze and refine the frequency and content of email marketing to ensure a more robust and effective strategy aligned with business goals.

Social Media Management:

  • Implement a content strategy for Instagram, posting 5-7 times a week on both the feed and stories. Share a mix of listings, agent videos, lifestyle content, and Maui market insights to engage and attract the target audience.
  • Design branded social media graphics for various promotions video content for optimal performance across different social media platforms. Craft compelling copy tailored to each channel. Use provided templates.
  • Edit video content across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Website / Paid Media:

  • Act as a communication bridge between the team and CRM, ensuring content pages perform optimally and PPC campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Generate blogs and content pages regularly to increase website traffic. Develop content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the team's branding and marketing goals.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
