Role Description
Horsepower Today is an Omaha-based professional services firm delivering fractional talent in finance, HR, marketing, and strategic planning to businesses of all sizes. We're growing fast and looking for a Fractional Digital Marketing Specialist to drive marketing efforts directly for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively design & execute marketing campaigns across digital, social and website to drive leads and assessments.
• Develop and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Update & refresh website and social content to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Partner with sales and leadership team to design print and digital marketing materials.
• Manage online reputation within business profiles.
• Conduct market research and understand industry trends to identify new lead gen opportunities.
• Design and maximize marketing processes and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot CRM, Canva, WordPress, and project management tools
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
• Comfort using AI tools to support workflow and productivity

Role Details

• Role is 25-30 hours per week at $40-$50/hour
• Remote friendly role – local Omaha, NE candidates strongly preferred
• If local, attend key meetings in person, including monthly staff meetings and monthly Marketing & Sales Leadership meetings
• Attend weekly virtual team huddles
