About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist who has a strong background in managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. The candidate must have worked in a Digital Marketing Agency and should have experience managing international clients or projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on optimization expertise, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create & optimize performance campaigns on Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
• Manage campaigns focused on Lead Generation & E-commerce businesses
• Drive growth through strategic bidding, audience targeting, and campaign structuring
• Monitor performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC, and conversions
• Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights
• Handle communication with clients and provide strategy recommendations
• Troubleshoot tracking issues using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and landing page feedback
• Perform A/B testing for ads, targeting, and creative elements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Google Ads performance marketing
• Agency experience is mandatory
• Proven experience handling international markets or global clients
• Expertise in campaign scaling and budget management
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, Ads dashboards & Excel/Sheets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
