We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist / Instructor to join our growing team. This role blends hands-on marketing expertise with teaching excellence, where you’ll manage real-world marketing projects and mentor aspiring digital marketers.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing, Social Media & Business Development:
- Develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance Skillopt Academy's and other internal brands visibility and student enrollment.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Create and manage social media marketing campaigns — building engaging content, maintaining brand consistency, and growing our online presence.
- Conduct SEO, content marketing, and email marketing activities to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and audience insights.
- Drive business development initiatives through digital outreach, partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Actively contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events to attract students and build brand credibility.
Instructional Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging classes and workshops on Digital Marketing, covering modules such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Mentor students on live projects, helping them gain practical exposure and confidence.
- Design, update, and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry trends.
- Evaluate student progress and provide personalized guidance for skill development.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing tools, AI trends, and digital strategies to enhance curriculum quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Business Development.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
- Passion for teaching and sharing real-world marketing knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools.
- Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot (preferred).
- Experience in course creation or online training.
