About the Role
We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who can support our growth across email marketing, automation and marketplace optimisation. The role focuses on Klaviyo campaigns, newsletter creation, customer flows and the improvement of Amazon product listings. You will work closely with our marketing and e commerce teams and help to increase conversion, retention and visibility across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities
Plan and build newsletters and automated flows in Klaviyo
Manage subscriber segments, deliverability and campaign performance
Create and improve Amazon product listings including titles, bullets and keywords
Research keywords and competitor listings for better marketplace ranking
Prepare marketing content for email, product pages and ad campaigns
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and recommend improvements
Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver high quality marketing assets
Support basic CRM tasks and general digital marketing activities

Required Experience
Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and e commerce retention
Experience with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace listing optimisation
Basic knowledge of SEO for product pages
Clear and structured working style with good communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
