Job Description

Digital Azadi is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in landing page creation and optimization, preferably from the Digital Marketing Education sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

This is a 100% onsite role based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages
• Manage and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Optimize landing pages for conversion rate (CRO) and lead generation
• Work closely with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Implement A/B testing strategies for landing pages and ads
• Manage email marketing, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Handle SEO basics related to landing pages (on-page optimization)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
• Hands-on experience with landing page tools (WordPress, Elementor, Unbounce, etc.)
• Experience in the Digital Marketing Education / EdTech sector (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
• Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
• Education sector experience is an added advantage
