Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Tapovan, Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions. This is a full-time, work-from-office role for an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and manage Google My Business (GMB) listings to improve local search visibility
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Search Console (GSC)
• Track and report marketing performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Perform On-Page SEO, including content optimization, keyword research, and meta tags
• Execute Off-Page SEO strategies such as link building and outreach
• Handle Technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, crawl issues, and page speed optimization
• Plan and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve leads and sales
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• GMB Optimization
• Google Search Console (GSC)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Google Ads & Facebook Ads
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

We are hiring an experienced Laravel Developer who can independently handle both frontend and backend development of websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Laravel expertise with the ability to modify, optimize, and scale existing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel
• Handle complete frontend and backend changes of the website
• Customize and optimize existing Laravel-based systems
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability
• Debug, test, and maintain code quality
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for feature implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Laravel development
