About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online advertising initiatives, optimize digital campaigns, support technology tools used within the company, and contribute to overall digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate is experienced in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, data analytics, and digital marketing funnels, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, SEO/SEM, PPC, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, including interpreting metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and generating actionable insights.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and running A/B or multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager).
  • Proficient in digital marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Google Ads Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize all digital advertising campaigns, including SEO, PPC, SEM, Google Ads, display ads, and retargeting.
  • Conduct keyword research; maintain and optimize positive and negative keyword lists to improve targeting and reduce irrelevant traffic.
  • Monitor bidding strategies, quality score, ad relevance, conversions, and continuously improve campaign performance.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing ROI and key KPIs.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio) to track traffic, conversions, funnels, and user behavior.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations.

Website, Landing Page & Funnel Optimization

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create, improve, and test landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points; optimize funnels using data-driven strategies.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to enhance performance.

Technology & Internal System Support

  • Provide basic support for company digital tools, marketing software, CRM platforms, and tracking systems.
  • Assist with implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital marketing technologies and integrations (tags, pixels, dashboards, automation tools).
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and tools that can improve performance and team efficiency.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support cross-department needs related to advertising, analytics, or tech integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and advertising best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
