Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics, with a passion for developing innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and new patient acquisition. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead content creation, optimize digital campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve measurable results across various platforms. Expert level Google Ads management is a requirement.
Performance bonuses tied to marketing results will be assessed on top of base salary.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and enhance organic traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing channels to maximize ROI.
- Create engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles for use across digital platforms.
- Maintain and update content management systems such as WordPress while ensuring website performance and user experience are optimized through HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL integration.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare detailed reports to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling copywriting for landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and streamline campaign management processes within various digital channels.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, e-commerce developments, and emerging technologies to continually refine strategies.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles combined with experience in conversion optimization techniques.
- Expertise in social media management platforms for local service industry including Facebook Business Manager and other relevant tools.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), and graphic design fundamentals.
- Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform for campaign tracking and analysis.
- Ability to create compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign execution.
- Understanding of SEM strategies combined with performance marketing techniques aimed at B2B or B2C audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools to optimize workflows and lead nurturing processes (such as Zapier)

Pay: $52,729.34 - $63,502.00 per year
