Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketer to lead data-driven marketing initiatives across paid channels. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, while leveraging analytics, marketing automation, and CRM integration to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Develop data-driven acquisition strategies aligned with lead and revenue goals.
- Conduct audience segmentation, keyword optimization, and A/B testing.
- Track and optimize KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp) using tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Integrate automation with CRM systems for lead tracking and scoring.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall strategy.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio / Power BI, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and lead nurturing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or specialization in Digital Marketing / Analytics is an advantage.
