Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance + Social Media)

IndiaZone — a fast-growing B2B commerce platform — is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, SEO/SEM, and analytics-driven growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing (Primary)
• Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads + Meta Ads
• Manage monthly ad budgets and track ROI
• Set up conversion tracking, funnels & retargeting
• Prepare weekly analytics & growth dashboards

Social Media Marketing:

• Manage content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Plan monthly calendars, campaign ideas & brand stories
• Coordinate with designers to produce creatives, reels & ad assets

SEO + Website Growth:

• Improve SEO ranking, keywords, on-page + off-page
• Monitor Search Console, Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
• Build landing pages & optimize user journeys

Campaign Strategy:

Create campaigns for:

• Supplier onboarding
• Buyer awareness
• MicroFair promotions
• Brand positioning
• Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives & landing pages

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 2–5 years experience in Digital/Performance Marketing
• Proven hands-on experience with:

* Google Ads

* Meta Ads Manager

* Google Analytics & Search Console

• Strong copywriting for ads, scripts & landing pages
• Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns & present reports
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in B2B or E-commerce marketing
• Knowledge of email automation, WhatsApp campaigns & CRM tools
• Basic experience with Canva/Figma
• Ability to script or plan short video content
