This is a Full-Time, In Office Position

Overview: The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in promoting the company’s brand, listings, and agents across digital and print platforms. This position is responsible for creating and managing marketing content, maintaining the company’s online presence, and ensuring a consistent and professional image across all advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Create, design, and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
• Manage and monitor company accounts, including responding to messages and comments.
• Develop posts highlighting new listings, price improvements, sold properties, agent spotlights, and available rental units.
• Advertising & Design:
• Design and produce marketing materials for both digital and print use.
• Submit and coordinate print advertisements for The Real Estate Book and other publications.
• Oversee and monitor online advertising to ensure all listings receive proper exposure.
• Website Editing:
• Regularly review and edit the company website to confirm all pages, listings, and links are functioning correctly.
• Make updates or corrections as needed to maintain accuracy, SEO and user experience.
• Brand Management:
• Help maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent tone, style, and messaging.
• Review and respond to online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with company standards and values.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, writing, and design skills.
• Experience in Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Degree or Certification in Graphic Design preferred.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Experience with digital advertising and website management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $24.40 per hour

Experience:

• Digital marketing and/or Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
