About the Role

KASH Enterprises is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and scale our real estate business. You will create and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract high-quality leads, boost online presence, and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute data-driven lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
• Manage paid campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.
• Optimize SEO & SEM strategies for maximum online visibility.
• Create engaging content: blogs, videos, social media posts, newsletters.
• Leverage real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) for lead generation.
• Run email marketing campaigns with automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign).
• Track leads using CRM systems and collaborate with sales for timely follow-ups.
• Attend networking events, open houses, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other tools.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in lead generation and real estate marketing in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong SEO, SEM, and analytics skills (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Experienced in CRM and marketing automation tools (LeadRat,HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
• Content creation and social media management skills.
• Analytical, creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a UAE real estate company (required).
