Digital Marketing Specialist Real Estate

✔ Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
✔ Generate leads through various media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Adwords, etc) with a strong focus on sale conversions.
✔ Well-versed in Email Marketing, SEO & SEM.
✔ Assist in the formulation of strategies a sales funnel design to drive performance of key metrics (ROI, CPA) and help set future KPIs for campaigns and tests.
✔ Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.
✔ Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and give recommendations to generate potential leads.
✔ Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
✔ Able to generate marketing materials for lead generation campaigns.
✔ Maintain an in-depth understanding of video and photography best practices and procedures.
✔ Skills in photography, videography, and content editing are advantageous, and proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.

Qualifications:

✔ A minimum of 2 years of digital marketing work experience in real estate is mandatory.
✔ The ideal candidate will have a fluent command of the English language.
✔ Solid knowledge and understanding of real estate lead generation methods to achieve the target ROI.
