About PromoLink PromoLink is a fast-growing SaaS platform built for the promotional products industry. Their flagship product, PromoLink One, connects storefronts, orders, suppliers, and operations into one seamless workflow — eliminating busywork and helping distributors, decorators, and suppliers focus on growth. The platform integrates with ERPs, CRMs, eCommerce, and industry tools through a connected ecosystem of automations and APIs.

About the Role We're looking for a dedicated, full-time, remote digital marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising across multiple platforms. This is not a part-time or freelance position. Compensation is base salary + performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Ad placement and remarketing campaigns
  • Google Ads (AdWords) management
  • LinkedIn advertising
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
  • Campaign performance tracking and reporting
  • A/B testing of ads and creatives in coordination with the design and content team
  • Audience segmentation and targeting
  • Budget management and bid optimization
  • Conversion tracking setup and analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising
  • Full-time availability required — this is a dedicated remote role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Ads certification (preferred)
  • Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM, marketing hub, and/or reporting)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with other team members on creatives and landing pages
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Must demonstrate accountability for campaign performance and deliver on agreed KPIs
  • Must be able to present prior work and results during the interview

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing SaaS or B2B technology products
  • Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
  • Familiarity with digital marketing research and analytics platforms

Interview Process Candidates should come prepared to walk through past campaigns and results. The process may include one or more interviews.

Working Hours: 17:00pm - 01:00am TR time zone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 5.00TRY - 10.00TRY per year
