We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist (part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time) who will be able to drive results for our clients.
The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO) is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and making recommendations regarding the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of various client and DARCI websites (B2B and B2C).
This role will work closely with the account management, digital, and website development teams to drive strategic insights, using data and analytics, and translating those findings into actionable insights and recommendations for clients and the agency.
Reports to Digital Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, own, implement, and report on ongoing SEO strategies for Clients and Agency
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Optimize web copy and landing pages for search engine marketing, focusing on editing and refining existing content
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations across client sites
- Develop and implement link building strategies to support SEO growth
- Stay on top of SEO / AEO / GEO changes and be able to speak to best practices, and implement process changes as needed to get the best results
- Perform technical website audits for clients and prospects, and present findings as needed
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed websites
- Create, update, and oversee local SEO audits and platforms, including Google Business Profiles for clients
- Support Agency new business development efforts by providing SEO audits, insights, and recommendations for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives
- Update monthly reports for clients in a timely manner following Agency Standard Operating Procedures, and present reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience doing SEO with a proven track record of results
- Strong writing skills required, with experience writing search-optimized content
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Experience working with software and tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)

- Achieving measurable SEO results such as improved keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and stronger visibility for clients
- Providing timely, accurate, and insightful client reporting
- Supporting client satisfaction and retention through strategic, results-driven SEO
The Details:
- Part-Time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday (will determine hours with final candidate)
- $23-28 per hour
- Weekly pay on Fridays
- Birthday day off with pay

Location – Portsmouth, NH or Remote
Must live in the United States and have US Citizenship.
This role has the opportunity to become full-time based on Agency workload later in 2026.
