JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE/SPECIALIST

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our

dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence and achieving

our digital marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be experienced in

leveraging digital channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and

generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our

products, services, and brand.

• Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Keyword

Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to identify high-value keywords.

• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, social

media, and display advertising campaigns) to ensure brand consistency.

• Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search

rankings, drive traffic, and increase visibility for the website.

• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing

campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based

on the insights.

• Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools

like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc., and provide

recommendations for improvement.

• Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure

SEO best practices are implemented across all web properties.

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize

user experience.

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer

experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience of 3 Years in digital marketing, particularly in

the areas of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing,

and email marketing.

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SMO, SEO/SEM,

marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising

campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
