About the role
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our organic and paid digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads (PPC), and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Ads (Bing). You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across these channels to increase online visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on investment (ROI). This is a hands-on position for a candidate who is both a creative thinker and a data-driven expert.
Key responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage on-page SEO factors, including optimizing website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
- Execute off-page SEO tactics, including link-building strategies, to increase domain authority.
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to ensure optimal performance.
- Google Ads (PPC) Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Conduct keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and create and optimize landing pages.
- Monitor and adjust ad budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve performance and click-through rates.
- Meta Ads Management:
- Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Create and manage targeting strategies, ad creatives, and audience segmentation to drive engagement and conversions.
- Utilize Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on key metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders on key metrics and ROI.
- Use data to identify trends, optimize spend, and brainstorm new growth strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to ensure cohesive messaging and strong brand consistency.
- Work with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with overall business objectives.
Required qualifications:
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience managing SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns. Key technical skills include proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and various SEO tools (like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz). Expertise in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Excel is also expected, along with an understanding of technical SEO best practices. While not always mandatory, Google Ads certifications are highly desirable, and a Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification is a plus. Essential soft skills include strong analytical abilities, effective communication, the capacity to work independently on multiple projects, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
