Digital Marketing Specialist SEO PPC LLM SOCIAL

Overview
Western Disaster Clean Up is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our online presence. This role focuses on driving leads, improving visibility, and building a strong brand across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company website (updates, design improvements, performance)
  • Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google, Bing, and other platforms)
  • Track ad performance and continuously improve ROI and cost per lead
  • Develop and execute SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and off-page)
  • Write and publish blog content to improve rankings and authority
  • Create and manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and execute consistent content posting schedules
  • Shoot, edit, and publish photo and video content for marketing use
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
  • Design digital content (ads, graphics, landing pages)
  • Set up and manage call tracking (CallRail) and conversion tracking
  • Monitor analytics and provide performance reports

Work Location & Requirements

  • This is an in-office position based at our location in Provo, Utah
  • Requires regular field work at job sites to capture photo and video content
  • Must be comfortable working both in an office setting and active job site environments

Required Skills

  • Google Ads (AdWords) management
  • Google My Buisness and LSA
  • Website design and maintenance (WordPress)
  • HTML knowledge
  • SEO fundamentals and content strategy
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Photography and photo editing (Lightroom or similar)
  • Digital design (ads, graphics, branding)
  • Video creation and editing (short-form content)
  • Experience with CallRail or similar call tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of analytics and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home services or restoration industry
  • Experience with Bing Ads and Local Services Ads
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously

Position Goal

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
