Digital Marketing Specialist (stc Bahrain)

Core Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, email, web)

Manage platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media channels

Optimize SEO/SEM and website performance

Create and coordinate content (posts, campaigns, visuals, videos)

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

Track KPIs such as:

Conversion rates

Engagement

ROI

Work with internal teams (product, sales, branding) for campaign alignment

Maintain consistent brand voice across digital channels

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business

2–5+ years experience in digital marketing

Skills in:

SEO / SEM

Paid advertising (Google, Facebook, TikTok)

Content creation & copywriting

Analytics tools (GA4, dashboards)

Creative + analytical mindset

Strong communication skills

Pay: From RO1,150.000 per month
