About the Role

Blue Shark Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, shooting and editing content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing SEO and website performance.

You will be responsible for generating qualified and verified real estate leads through effective digital strategies and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads Campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to generate verified property leads.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Handle photo and video shoots for property listings and company promotions.
• Edit videos and images for digital use (Reels, Stories, Posts, etc.).
• Perform SEO optimization to improve online visibility and website traffic.
• Manage and update the company website with latest listings, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing within the Real Estate industry (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Meta Ads campaign management with real results and verified lead generation.
• Strong skills in content creation, photo/video editing, and social media management.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Excellent communication skills and creative mindset.
