Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Analytical & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Optimize ad budgets based on ROI and KPIs.
  • A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.

Technical Tasks

  • Maintain website updates (WordPress/basic CMS).
  • Email marketing setup (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Implement tracking pixels, UTM codes, and conversion tracking.

Communication & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales teams for lead follow-up strategies.
  • Communicate campaign results and improvement plans to management.
  • Coordinate with external agencies when required.

Additional Skills

  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Staying updated with the latest digital trends and algorithm changes.
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Manage social media content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Perform SEO activities: keyword research, on-page, off-page optimization.
  • Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Improve website traffic and lead generation through digital channels.
  • Manage and monitor brand presence across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and ads.
