Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and content updates.
- Develop and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic reach.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and online promotions.
- Analyze web traffic metrics, campaign performance, and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals, videos, and ad creatives.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display advertising, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor and respond to online feedback, reviews, and inquiries.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Support hospital events, health camps, and awareness campaigns through digital promotions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to analyze data-driven results.
