The Digital Marketing Strategist will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role encompasses social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics. The Strategist will develop and implement data-driven campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth. By combining creativity with analytical skills, the Digital Marketing Strategist will play a key role in connecting with target audiences, strengthening brand positioning, and achieving measurable business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and refine digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify and segment target audiences, perform competitive analysis, and stay current with platform and industry trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan integrated campaigns that combine social media, SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.
Campaign & Channel Management
- Manage digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), including budget allocation, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Oversee website updates, landing pages, and SEO initiatives to increase web traffic and conversion rates.
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to ensure brand consistency and maximize reach.
Content Creation & Calendar Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar across digital channels.
- Create and publish engaging multimedia content (copy, graphics, and video) tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and manage social media interactions, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight company achievements, culture, and services.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness with actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Leverage data to continuously improve strategies, content, and channel performance.
Innovation & Expertise
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend new platforms, strategies, and technologies to keep the company competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in digital marketing, including managing paid ads, SEO, social media, and content strategy.
- Campaign Management: Expertise in running and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation tools), and SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz, etc.).
- Content Creation: Ability to craft compelling written, visual, and video content tailored to different audiences.
- Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects, track timelines, and adhere to budgets.
- Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance and inform decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
