About the Role

We’re a fast-growing portfolio of brands across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, and technology seeking a Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and scale our marketing operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for a creative, data-driven professional who can plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple companies. You’ll work directly with founders to build systems, manage advertising, and bring bold ideas to life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing strategies across multiple brands and audiences.
  • Oversee social media content calendars, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Manage budgets, analyze data, and adjust campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Write and direct content for social media, ads, websites, and email marketing.
  • Design or oversee digital and print assets (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers and creative teams on website updates and SEO.
  • Manage HubSpot or similar CRM for automation, lead nurturing, and analytics.
  • Coordinate partnerships, influencer campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and track key metrics.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or brand management.
  • Proven success managing multi-brand or multi-client portfolios.
  • Experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to shift tone by audience.
  • Eye for design; comfortable working with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and funnel strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing both B2B and B2C campaigns.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or luxury service industries.
  • Knowledge of Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress CMS.
  • Background in partnership development or PR coordination.
  • Event marketing or launch campaign experience.

Soft Skills

  • Polished communicator with a refined sense of branding and tone.
  • Creative and analytical thinker who balances strategy with execution.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
