Own and lead the digital marketing function end-to-end. This role is accountable for strategy, execution, performance, and team development, with direct impact on lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Ownership
- Define and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy
- Set quarterly goals, KPIs, budgets, and channel priorities
- Translate business objectives into executable marketing plans
- Execution & Performance
- Lead SEO, paid media, content, email, and funnel optimisation
- Launch, optimise, and scale paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Drive CRO across landing pages and lead funnels
Team & Process Management
- Manage and mentor interns and junior resources
- Assign tasks, review outputs, and enforce quality standards
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and sales teams
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using GA4, ad platforms, and CRM
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
- Make data-driven decisions and corrective actions
Requirements
- 4–7 years digital marketing experience (IT/SaaS preferred)
- Proven experience owning lead generation and growth metrics
- Strong SEO, paid ads, and funnel optimisation expertise
- Experience managing junior staff or interns
