About the Role

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to serve and grow our North Mississippi territory. You’ll be the face of Data Street in your region — introducing our digital products to local business owners, building long-term relationships, and helping clients succeed with marketing solutions tailored to their goals.

This is a remote, field-based sales position. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, selling, and servicing accounts. Your success will come from daily activity, strong communication, and a passion for seeing local businesses win.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and build relationships with local businesses in your territory
• Sell digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, website design, social media, streaming, OTT, local lead gen, and more)
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the client relationship
• Educate clients on campaign results and optimize for long-term success
• Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, Zoom meetings, and presentations as needed
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Work independently and manage your own daily schedule
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign fulfillment and customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing sales, advertising, or business development
• A self-starter who thrives in outside sales with minimal supervision
• A genuine, approachable personality that connects easily with business owners
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and how to explain them simply
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with CRM tools, email, and digital communication
• Based in North Mississippi with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in media sales environment
• Familiarity with small-town business dynamics
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, OTT/CTV, SEO, or programmatic platforms
