We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Supervisor for our business partner, who is one of the strong players in the automotive industry.

Job Description

  • Coordinates local agencies and content creators to establish high-performance social media communication, develops short- and long-term content strategies, and ensures high engagement rates with effective organic and paid media performance.
  • Leads the agency in planning and structuring weekly and monthly social media content calendars to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Organizes local photo and video shootings by working closely with the brand’s social media agency, cast and styling agencies, and other partners or third parties for both the brand’s official social media channels and owned content platforms.
  • Manages digital media channels including paid search, programmatic, display, and social ads by optimizing budgets, improving KPIs, and increasing conversion rates.
  • Works hands-on with analytics tools to track, measure, and interpret user behavior and campaign results, creating actionable insights to support marketing and product decisions.
  • Reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future optimization.
  • Monitors market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or performance marketing.
  • Experience with digital media planning, performance-based campaigns, and KPI optimization.
  • Experience in working with and managing media agencies, ensuring alignment on KPIs, budgets, and performance outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Extroverted, dynamic, result- and performance-oriented.
  • Strong awareness of the latest trends, upcoming features, and competitor activities.
  • English at least upper-intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or similar is a strong advantage.
