We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage our marketing team, handle client communications, and strategize effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in leading teams and managing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to achieve campaign goals.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Understand client requirements, business goals, and expectations.
- Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and quality deliverables.
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs.
2. SEO Management
- Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and improvements.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, internal teams, and management.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align digital marketing efforts.
- Provide clear briefs and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Knowledge of social media strategy and content planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
