About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Team Lead – Digital Marketing to oversee our digital marketing team and drive online growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital campaigns, team coordination, and analytics, with strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and performance marketing.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, content, and sales to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices.
• Handle client communication and ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables.
• Ensure the team meets deadlines and maintains high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; leadership or team handling experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
